By signing up IDD1526 service or register your mobile number to one of our calling cards, you will be able to start using the service. To register to calling card, please refer to the instructions at the back of the card.
1) Dial access Number, 6877 5988
2) Select language
3) Enter 12 digit card number
4) Press 4 to register
5) Press 1 to confirm when the system prompts your mobile number. |

| How do I use the SAM machine to top up my calling card? |
Below are the steps for you to follow:
- At the main menu, touch Top Up/ Purchase Services
- Select Serial No. and key in the S/N No. at the back of the card
- Touch ok to proceed
- Confirm the amount and touch ok to proceed
- At the summary page touch ok to proceed
- Touch on Nets to transact your bill
- Lastly insert your ATM card to make payment. |
